Bantry Credit Union is a community-based financial co-operative that provides a range of services to its members. With over 9,000 members, it is one of the main providers of financial services in the Bantry area – and the only one owned and controlled by the people of Bantry.

Interested in joining?

Joining Bantry Credit Union is easy. Provided that you are within the common bond, you can apply for membership during normal office hours in the office of the credit union. You will need two forms of identity: one showing a photograph of yourself (usually a passport or driving licence) and the other confirming your current address (for example, a telephone or electricity bill).



The common bond of Bantry Credit Union applies to any person living or working in the Bantry area.
